A highly regarded mid tier construction and property group has celebrated a variety of successes and have delivered projects valued at over $3.5 billion.  Due to a major project win for the construction of a government related facility valued at $45million, they are looking to recruit a Site Manager.

You will manage the construction related outcomes to deliver projects that achieve objectives of time, cost and quality, with a primary focus on health and safety. As well as assisting the Project Manager in establishing and maintaining a team environment, you will also support and manage site staff ensuring they are fulfilling their roles through project plan implementation. You will also be responsible for managing cost control, seeking out the best commercial outcome for various parts of the project.

You will have demonstrated a previous track record in Site Management for an Australian/NZ or international design and Construct firm on major projects.  You must possess relevant tertiary qualifications and have at least 7 years + experience working within the construction industry.
