Our client is committed to improving crop quality and increasing yields throughout the Australian agricultural market through world-class crop protection products. With their global R&D division they offer a unique range of solutions that are sold to agribusinesses throughout the world.

Based in either Sydney or Shanghai (there is a re-location package available) you will be reporting to the division's Global Vice President. This senior sales & marketing role has some key responsibilities:

  • Accountability for reaching set sales budgets
  • Aligning local and global seed treatment strategies
  • Drive strategic marketing plans e.g. pricing/ branding etc
  • Determine and be dynamic to market trends
  • Leadership and collaboration of staff across regions and business partners

It is vital that you have a solid and senior management background within agribusiness (ideally within the seed and seed treatment industry). You will also require highly developed sales and negotiation skills, along with a proven marketing background.
