A highly regarded mid tier construction and property group has celebrated a variety of successes and has an enviable reputation. They have delivered projects valued at over $3.5 billion.  Due to a major project win for the construction of a government related facility valued at $45million, they are looking to recruit a Project Manager

As the Project Manager you will be responsible for setting the requirements and expectations for safety, programme, and quality control.  You will manage the construction and delivery of this major project and support the project team, and subcontractors, making a positive contribution to the wider team, reinforcing the build and company culture.

You will have demonstrated a previous track record delivering projects for either a client side or construction company preferably with experience in defence related projects.  High regard will also be given to those candidates with other government related project experience together with 5 years + and relevant tertiary qualifications.
