My client is a tier one multinational company and is number one in the market within their Carton division. They have been growing steadily for some time and continue to go from strength to strength. They are truly a tier one concern and offer the sort of opportunities that you would expect from such an organization.
In line with this packaging company's consistent and continued growth, this role has been born out of expansion and aggressive growth plans. This role will have you looking after the sales and account management teams, setting and delivering divisional sales budgets, maintaining and growing a strong sales culture.
The successful candidate must already have sales management experience ideally from a reputable FMCG company. Particular interest will be given to candidates who have worked within a manufacturing company. You will be a standout in terms of your achievements including staff management, increasing market share, profit and growth etc. It is vital that the right candidate possesses very strong process skills, is very analytical, has strong reporting skills and enjoys working with the detail.
The right candidate will be rewarded with a base salary of around $135,000 plus company vehicle, super and phone etc. This is a great opportunity to get on board with a stable and growing packaging company with money in the bank and a solid growth plan.
