Maintenance Asset Specialist

Our client is seeking a Refrigeration / Air-Conditioning Engineer (trade or diploma) with a background in maintenance support (multiple sites). Reporting to the Divisional Manager and working as part of a team you will be responsible for developing, testing and implementing maintenance management standards.

Working with Contracts Managers and the Refrigeration / Air Conditioning team you will be involved in tendering, reviewing and recommending contractors to carry out maintenance & repairs. In addition you will provide technical support for specific maintenance and repairs.

To be successful you will require relevant qualifications in engineering refrigeration / air-conditioning and possess a detailed understanding of maintenance / service standards for the asset class. As expected you will also have an understanding of compliance requirements with relevant codes and Australian Standards. Excellent communication and consultation skills will be needed in this head office based role.
